Builders Anonymous designed and constructed a hybrid use space; functioning as a modern office by day and a curated art and events space by night. This posed the design question of creating a space that allowed for an open-planned events space while still having the privacy and functionality that an office requires. Our team had the pleasure of transforming a Surry Hills terrace that was in complete disrepair into a beautiful, modern space which pays homage to its heritage.
